At Buy Research Papers, our services consist entirely of digital, customized research and academic support. We do not sell or ship physical products.
Because our services are customized and work may begin shortly after an order is placed, all sales are final and we generally do not offer returns or refunds.
1. Digital Services
All products and services purchased through buyresearchpapers.org are delivered digitally.
There are no physical products to return, and customers are not required to ship anything back to us.
2. No Refunds for Custom Work
Payments for custom research services and digital work are non-refundable once an order has been placed and work has begun.
Each order may require research, writing, editing, planning, source review, formatting, and other work performed specifically according to the customer's requirements. Because this work is customized for each customer, we generally cannot accept a completed order as a return or recover the resources invested in producing it.
For this reason, customers should carefully review their order details before submitting payment.
3. Changes to an Order
If you need to change your requirements after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible at support@buyresearchpapers.org.
We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate changes when possible. However, changes that substantially alter the original requirements may require additional payment or may not be possible once work has progressed.
4. Revisions and Corrections
If your order includes revisions, you may contact us regarding reasonable corrections that are consistent with the original order requirements.
A revision request does not constitute a refund request.
Requests that introduce substantially different requirements, a new topic, additional research, significantly more content, or other work outside the original scope may be treated as a new service.

6. Service Issues
If you believe that the delivered work does not reasonably correspond to the requirements originally submitted with your order, contact us promptly at support@buyresearchpapers.org.
Please include your order information and a description of the issue. We will review the matter and determine whether a correction or other appropriate resolution is available.
7. Duplicate Payments
If you believe you were accidentally charged more than once for the same order, please contact us at support@buyresearchpapers.org as soon as possible.
After verifying the duplicate transaction, we may issue an appropriate adjustment or refund for the duplicate charge.
8. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback, we ask that customers contact us at support@buyresearchpapers.org so that we have an opportunity to review and resolve the issue.
Unauthorized or fraudulent transactions may be investigated and reported to the applicable payment processor or financial institution.
9. Exceptions Required by Law
